Overview

Nancy Silverton's influence on US cooking was recognised in 2014 with the scene's highest honour: the James Beard Foundation Outstanding Chef Award. In addition to the gong, her resume boasts titles like pastry chef at Wolfgang Puck's Spago, stints at Campanile Restaurant and La Brea Bakery, and co-owner of upscale Italian eatery Osteria Mozza in both Los Angeles and Singapore.

This Restaurant Month Nancy brings her progressive approach to Italian cuisine to Soul Bar for a collaboration with local restaurateurs Judith Tabron and chef Chris Law. The event will include canapés, four shared courses and matching wines.
