Overview

If you get tired of the same old surroundings during an evening out, Britomart's Progressive Dinner is just the ticket to relieve that gripe. The roaming feast returns to the city this August as part of Auckland Restaurant Month and will include a tour of five top notch restaurants and bars in one sitting.

This year's event will kick off at TSG (Tyler St Garage) with a round of cocktails and canapés. Attendees will then be broken up into groups and rotated across the dining rooms of Josh Emmett's smart-casual bistro Ostro, sophisticated Japanese restaurant Ebisu and Southeast Asian eatery Cafe Hanoi for three courses and matching wine.

The final stop of the night will be the 1885 Basement for a well deserved nightcap. Tickets are limited to 60 seats for the event at $170 a pop.
