Concrete Playground Presents Pocket Laughs

Concrete Playground has partnered up with Pocket Bar + Kitchen to bring the laughs to Grey Lynn.

Introducing Pocket Laughs - a monthly session bringing little pockets of joy to your Wednesday nights. For the first episode, we have convinced a tight five of local comedians to perform in front of an intimate Pocket Bar audience at the inaugural event.

Cori Gonzalez-Macuer (7 Days, What We Do in the Shadows), Stephen Witt, Will Wood, James Keating, and Matt Stellingwerf (Billy T. Award Nominee 2016) have all confirmed their attendance to perform their live stand up shows, made easier by the fact three of them live nearby, a true local affair.

The New Zealand comedy scene is bustling with talent, so come join us for some well crafted beers and equally well crafted jokes all centralised in the Grey Lynn hood. And to help with the laughs, help yourself to a glass of Mt Difficulty Roaring Meg Pinot Noir at the special price of $10.

Tickets are extremely limited and strictly R18. Purchase online for $10 (+ $2.10 booking fee) or at the bar for $10. There will be limited door sales for $15.
