Overview

Finding the way home won't be an issue for those taking part in Auckland Restaurant Month's Dine, Drink and Stay. As well as being treated to a gastronomic tour of Princes Wharf, diners will be given a harbourside room at the Hilton for the evening to sleep it off.

Nourish Group executive chef Gareth Stewart and Euro's sommelier Benjamin Mardle will lead the four-course, six-stop tasting event. Starting with a cocktail at Bellini Bar, the roaming feast will progress upstairs to the new look Fish Restaurant for a selection of local seafood with a glass of bubbles, before heading to Crab Shack for a sample of delicate crab and The Culpeper for a bespoke Culpeper Smoked Meat Board. Euro will be the location for a delectable dessert before a nightcap at intimate cocktail bar Coley & Punch.
