Overview

For six weeks starting January 16, the Piha Surf Life Saving Club (PSLSC) will transform in to a pop-up gallery housing ten images by ten globally recognised surf, travel and lifestyle photographers inspired by their individual time shooting in New Zealand.

Included in the exhibition are pieces from Derek Henderson, Chris Burkard, Morgan Maassen, Chris Searl, Skip James, Rambo Estrada, Richard Hodder, Scott Stinson, Jerry Aubertin and CPL. Each piece will be professionally framed and displayed at the Surf Club and available to bid on via an online auction with all proceeds raised being donated back to the club. As well as the exhibition, Corona will create a temporary deck at the front of the Club – so visitors can enjoy the sun setting over Piha from a prime position. All proceeds from the sale of Corona will contribute to the fundraising efforts of the PSLSC.

The deck will be open from 4.30pm – Sunset every Friday, Saturday and Sunday only. Both the exhibition and the deck open on Friday 16th January and end on Sunday 1st March.
