Brace yourself for a late night of revelry as the fashion pack descends on Britomart for the official New Zealand Fashion Week afterparty. There is a reason fashionistas write ‘How to Survive Fashion Week’ columns and it isn’t because of a packed show schedule.

Networking quotas have been filled and publicity shots in front of branded banners have already been dropboxed to the Herald’s Spy editor. Conditions are perfect for a short Uber ride to exclusive Britomart bar, 1885. Renown for their epic club nights and a finely tuned roster of DJs, 1885 have hauled together a massive line up featuring Haz Beats, Mylo, Katana, Karn Hall, The Beat Mafia, Dylan Cherry, IllBaz and Allen Pea taking turns on the decks. 1885 are keeping their doors closed this week while undertaking mysterious improvements to their bar, reopening in time for the afterparty. Full disclosure: it’s going to be a long night.
