Madcap Touring have been left with the responsibility of curating the line-up for the next Red Bull Sound Select. The initiative aims to support music influencers, hard working artists and passionate fans by throwing epic parties with a minuscule price tag.

With their newfound power, the Wellington promoters are flying in Los Angeles rapper Azizi Gibson to lead the bill. Gibson is no stranger to New Zealand; he was last in the country as part of the Sound Select Block Party last year, and has an developed an ongoing musical relationship with Christchurch beatmaker Kåm?nd¡, who also appears on the Sound Select line-up. Since his last appearance in New Zealand, Gibson's collaborations with Kåm?nd¡ have clocked over 1 million plays on Soundcloud and he has been taken under the wing by Atlantan pot connoisseur/hip-hop mogul Waka Flocka Flame.

Further acts on the bill include: Wellington electronic three-piece Black City Lights, DJ duo Eastern Bloc and rising electronic producer Race Banyon.
