Overview

Now living amongst the glitz, glamour and plastic of Los Angeles, Six60 are set to make their way back home this summer for an outdoor show at Auckland’s Villa Maria Winery.

The move stateside for the Dunedin lads was propelled by a management deal with Atom Factory and a shiny new record deal with iconic US label Capitol Records. The deal will oversee the release of their latest platinum-certified album in the US and beyond.

The forthcoming winery show will follow a New Year’s Eve performance in Christchurch’s Catherdral Square, and will be the band’s first in Auckland since selling out Vector Arena. Honouring their ‘live and massive’ mantra, the band has promised “a few things to make sure there’s a really festive vibe.”

On a stage erected in Villa Maria’s natural amphitheatre, the energetic five-piece will knock out tracks from their soulful new album and all the anthems from their breakthrough debut. Support will be provided by local party starter P-Money, vaudevillian act Weird Together and Cambridge rapper Diaz Grimm.
