Food Space Now Has a Semi-Permanent Home at Silo Park

Having previously roamed the city's neighbourhoods with a bounty of delicious of street eats, mobile food court Food Space is set to make a semi-permanent home out of downtown waterfront space Silo Park.

Every Wednesday evening from December 2 (and for the entire Silo summer season) an ever-evolving convoy of food vendors will anchor themselves in the community-minded space to hawk their fare.

Giving surrounding eateries some stiff competition with their intriguing and globe-trotting cuisine will be: Korean-Mexican street food hybrid Coreano; travelling Argentine barbecuers Chelucio; mother-daughter pie-making duo The Pie PiperLangos with their ever-popular Hungarian fried bread; LA-style food truck The Roaming Dive; promoters of the "best fries in town" Dip It; gelato pop-up The Cool Store; sausage enthusiasts Banger BoysAchos with their New York-style Taiwanese buns, and on-demand ice creamery Sweet Val's.

Plus, Real Good Brownies, The White Lady, Tiger Burger, Goodnight Cocoa, Judge Bao, and that's barely even scratching the surface.

The hump day feast will be complemented by the Silo Park bar serving craft beer and local wines, and entertainment will from a range of local bands and DJs.
