Overview

Walk half a metre in any direction in James Street it's clear that one is spoilt for choice when it comes to good coffee, but Jamie's simple approach to the complex art of liquid gold is second to none. With it's open and airy interior, friendly service and relaxed atmosphere this coffee-haunt-turned-bar has become a popular local hang-out for both great coffee or a sneaky mid-week drink (or both!).

Although renowned for their flawless espresso, the non-caffeine drinking clientele can still be won over with a cup of freshly squeezed orange juice and a slice of his famous spanakopita, a greek pie filled with spinach, dill and feta.

For those seeking refuge from a hard week at work, drag yourself along to one of Jamie's DJ nights and sip on an espresso Berlusconi cocktail  is sure to soothe the pain of the daily grind - Italian politician style.
