16° & PARTLY CLOUDY ON MONDAY 24 APRIL IN SYDNEY
  shares

There's something magical about heading into the Art Gallery of New South Wales after dark. Every Wednesday until 10pm, you can wander the collections without fighting hectic crowds and catch a talk, performance or tour — whatever is happening that night. Complementing the AGNSW's current exhibition John Olsen: The You Beaut Collection, the action kicks off at 5:30pm on Wednesday, May 24 with a performance of the poetry that inspired John Olsen's work. Following that, a conversation at 6:30pm between John's son, Tim Olsen, and Tim 'Rosso' Ross. Hang around for a guided tour of the Australian exhibition The National 2017, or the Andy Warhol exhibition Adman. The best thing about Art After Hours? Every event is free.
