Crap Music Rave Party

All requests have one requirement: they've gotta be crap.

Overview

Tomás Ford has had a real run of it recently. In a good way. His Crap Music Rave Party has sold out clubs across Europe, Australia, the Edinburgh and the NZ Fringe, a packed tour around NZ in July, and now he's back to pack out Bodega one last time before it closes its doore.

The concept plays on everyone's love of a terrible song, no matter how hard we try to suppress it. Ford, the self-proclaimed "worst DJ in the world" takes the awful music we all love to hate, and elevates it into a full-on club spectacle. DIY rave video projections, disco lights, glowsticks and the hyperactive antics of Tomás himself make it a night you won't be able to forget- whether you want to or not. All requests have one requirement: they've gotta be crap. Think 5ive, True Bliss, Purest Form, Barry Manilow, skate park dubstep, Britney Spears rapping in an English accent, Peter Andre, 80s movie themes, Limp Bizkit, K'Lee, Savage Garden, Crazy Frog, and Gangnam Style- all of the bangers, right?

Look inside yourself: the crap music is there.
