Game of Rhones 2017

Overview

Ready your steed and grease your drinking arm; wine is coming. Tipping its hat to the works of George R. R. Martin and the HBO binge series, Game of Rhones celebrates wine made and inspired by varietals from the famous Rhone Valley in Southern France.

For its third year, the epic wine tasting event will return to six of the Seven Kingdoms: Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, Auckland and Wellington— with main cast member Adelaide falling to the sword after last year's outing. 

Rather than goblets of Dornish Red, attendees will sample over 100 different wines at this year's soiree, from Grenache and Shiraz to Mourvèdre (plus the odd white) from Australia, New Zealand and beyond. Tickets include a commemorative wine glass, a drop of the Epic Plumm Vintage and all wine tastings. A range of beer, cider and food will also be available for purchase on the day.
