Overview

Rick Ross came up in the heady days of the mid aughties. Mainstream rap was braggadocious and blingy, so it was no wonder that Ross's breakout single 'Hustlin' went from relentless street anthem to an iconic catch phrase.

The self-styled "Biggest Boss" has gone from strength to strength ever since. 2010's Teflon Don saw Ross work with the likes of Jay-Z, Erykah Badu, Kanye West and Drake. Lauded by Rolling Stone for his "slick sleek beats" it was a critical and commercial success.

He's currently working on his tenth studio album Port of Miami 2, which features the hit 'Green Gucci Suit' featuring Future. Given all of his accolades, it's no wonder there is so much hype around Rick Ross's first ever show in New Zealand on September 25 at the Logan Campbell Centre.

Delivering a setlist filled with bangers, this is a show that lovers of rap or just a good time should definitely get hype for. Tickets are available through Ticketmaster.
