Two of the world's wonders, in one event, on one night: food and spoken word poetry.

This is a spoken word, poetry and food walk like no other and there's something for all tastes. Whether you're into noodles, kebabs or dumplings they've got you covered.

Poets include Renee Liang whose long list of achievements include touring seven plays, writing three chapbooks and editing eight anthologies of migrant women's writing; Joanna Li, who was awarded a NZ Society of Authors Youth Mentorship; Maria Ji who is a published writer, medical student and illustrator; Vanessa Crofskey, a performance artist and spoken word poet who you may have heard at the Basement's monthly poetry reading; Mustaq Missouri, writer and actor who's performed with Prayas at the Pop-Up Globe; and Jin Xu, a writer and doctor.
