Overview

Wellingtonian art-noise outfit The All Seeing Hand are descending upon Whammy Bar on 4 August to celebrate the release of their fifth studio album Syntax Error.

Noted for their mind-meltingly visceral shows that combine turntablism, throat singing and drumming to create music that is so incredibly outlandish, it is better to hear and experience them rather than to try and describe them on paper.

For The All Seeing Hand, Syntax Error was inspired by the dystopian reality that we find ourselves in. Dark, foreboding and troubling soundscapes are punctuated by hope, meditation, reflection, healing and growth to create a musical chiaroscuro. If you're into communal, immersive and otherworldly experiences, then look no further.

They will be joined by Motte and Fem Scream with visuals provided by Suren Unka.  Tickets are available at Under the Radar.
