Disillusioned by a world where corporate irresponsibility is rife and lovers meet through a hand-held screen, film-maker Jasper Jay's latest offering The Worst Generation is a showcase of photography and film, serving perhaps the most important purpose of reinvigorating his own faith in humanity.

Capturing 12 unique characters who have influenced Jay's state of mind amidst some of Auckland's most recognisable backdrops, the showcase is a lesson in the human condition and one quick watch of his teaser trailer reinforces that sometimes a look tells us much more than words ever could.
