Overview

Celebrate the conclusion of another annual Arts Festival with a free day out for the whole family.

You can learn to make and play your own koauau (a traditional flute usually made of rakau or matai wood) at the designated taonga pūoro workshop.

Catch Kiwi songstress Anika Moa from 12pm performing a set of her award-winning songs performed in te reo Māori, English and now New Zealand sign language. Dance the night away to disco music of Bombay Royale. The band has created a perfect fusion of the soundtracks of 1960s and 1970s Bollywood, making them one of the funkiest pop groups out of Australia to date.

Explore the mille of mirrors at the House of Mirrors maze, constructed of 40 tonnes of steel and 15 tonnes of glass, the 400 square-metre art installation is next level hypnotic and mesmerising. There will be loads of food available to purchase to ensure you stay fuelled throughout the day. You can expect to check out many activities and gigs, but most will be left a surprise until the day.
