Better Burger Is Launching its New Store with Free Burgers

It seems Auckland just can't get enough of burgers — US-style joint Better Burger in particular. The connoisseurs of simple, no-nonsense burgers, fries, shakes and sodas already claim three establishments within a square kilometre in the CBD and another out at Sylvia Park. So what's one more in the suburbs?

On Friday 6 October a fourth outpost of Better Burger will open in the heart of the Mt Eden village. The space will feature all the usual suspects of a BB; it will arrive at 412 Mt Eden Road with the classic diner-esque seal and a menu flaunting all the classics: hamburgers, cheeseburgers, double cheeseburgers, veggie burgers and skin-on fries.

To celebrate the opening, Better Burger is giving away free burgers to the masses, while stocks last. Forget your homemade flappy sandwich or the usual cabinet sushi, the window for the great burger wonderland is from 12-2pm. We're anticipating that with Auckland's savage hunger for the humble burg that lines will be doubled around the block. Go early. Go now dammit.
