Mexico has launched into autumn with a menu refresh and new margaritas to ease you into the colder months. The new menu is full of earthy local produce — from black plums, beetroot, celeriac, butternut pumpkin and turmeric — which are showcased across brand new tacos, street snacks and three new vegan dishes.
To wash it all down the Frida's Margaritas menu has expanded with five new flavours, including peach and honey, yuzo mint, lychee and baby ginger, pineapple and cracked pepper, and raspberry and elderflower. All concoctions come with a base of 100% blue agave tequila before being enhanced with the refreshing combinations. For non-imbibers, there are two new sugar-free sodas; a classic lemonade and turmeric and ginger tonic.
