Where to Find $10 Cocktails in Auckland Every Day of the Week

Whether it's Monday night or Sunday afternoon, here's where you can find cocktails for a tenner.

When it comes to the end of the week, or for some of us, the end of the day, there's nothing better than indulging in a few refreshing cocktails. Now we've all got our well established go-tos and our local watering holes but what if the grass is greener just around the corner. What if the happy hour is even happier just a stone's throw away? In aid of some much needed clarity, we've decided to shed some light on the situation by letting you know where to get your cocktail fix for merely $10 every day of the week.

What's the deal? $10 cocktails everyday from 4pm until 7pm.

Start your week the way you mean it to continue down at the Viaduct. Well known for its charcoal-fired barbecue grill and rotisserie expertise is The Culpeper. If the alluring waterfront location and easy breezy atmosphere wasn't enough to get you down there in the first place, the happy hour will certainly do the trick. Everyday from 4pm until 7pm The Culpeper serves up $10 cocktails and a view that will impress much the same.

What's the deal? $8.50 margaritas everyday from 5pm until 7pm.

Spice up the first half of your week at The Mexican Café. Having established itself in Auckland since 1983, the team behind the kitchen and bar certainly know their stuff and consistently amaze. Do as the Mexicans and give yourself up to a couple of margaritas. At $8.50 a pop everyday from 5pm until 7pm it'd really be rude not too.

What's the deal? $10 cocktails from 4pm until 7pm.

It's midweek. You're half way there and that's more than enough of an excuse to give yourself a pat on the back in the form of an afternoon tipple. Word through the grapevine has it that Little Easy is making it a little too easy when it comes to your Wednesday wind down. $10 cocktails can be enjoyed curb-side from 4pm to 7pm; who could say no?

What's the deal? $10 cocktails every Tuesday to Saturday from 4pm until 7pm.

They don't call it thirsty Thursday for nothing. You can almost smell the weekend, too bad the zest of a daiquiri is in the air. Your thirst is best quenched at Talulah with a happy hour that's guaranteed to turn any frown upside down. $10 cocktails are being shaken and stirred from 4pm to 7pm every Tuesday to Saturday at the Britomart tiki bar, including your classic mai thai, dark 'n' stormy and two for one mimosas.

What's the deal? $10 cocktails on Friday 5pm until 8pm.

Immerse yourself into Friday's nightlife with a couple of $10 cocktails — it would only be right. Said to be the epicentre of the Viaduct's ongoings is Degree Bar. Something worth adding to the tab our a few of the espresso martinis. For just $10, they'll get you into the groove and potentially keep you up all night too. Four larger groups, try a fishbowl.

What's the deal? $6 sangrias from Tuesday until Saturday.

Start your Saturday night with front row seats at Carmen Jones. Enjoy the colourful culture of Karangahape Road with even more colourful glasses of sangria flying from the bar. At $6 a glass you could be there all night — just the thought is a delight.

What's the deal? $10 Aperol spritz everyday from 4pm until 7pm.

Savour the last of your weekend with the perfect Sunday session. Nestled right beside the water on Princes Wharf is Coley & Punch. Take seat on their sun-soaked deck to best appreciate the panoramic view of the harbour. We recommend partaking in the refreshing Aperol spritz, available   for an easy tenner everyday from 4pm to 7pm. For those who would like to swap it up, try a Four Pillars gin and tonic for $8.
