Demolition World

The Fallow family has set up a creepy, yet fascinating... collection, for want of a better word. This tiny village in Invercargill was created entirely from salvaged and recycled bits and pieces.

Some people love rubbish. One person's trash is another's treasure and all that. Demolition World is the result of this particular passion. The tiny village in Invercargill was created entirely from recycled bits and pieces. From decrepit buildings to old cars, mannequins and, well, actually, there's everything here. A whole recycled world ripe for discovery — be sure to visit the haunted theatre, historic school, the castle and sweet store.

After you've finished your rubbish-related antics, stop by the rotunda to see the chickens and alpacas. A gold coin will gain you entry to this trashtastic wonderland — handcrafted by the creative Fallow family — and if you pack a picnic it's a rather cheap (and fun) day out.
