UPDATE, October 11, 2020: Brisbane Vegan Expo has moved its dates, and will now take place on Saturday, May 8–Sunday, May 9, 2021 instead of Saturday, October 17–Sunday, October 18, 2020.

Two days. One sprawling venue. No animal products in sight. That's what's on the agenda when the Brisbane Vegan Expo hits up the Brisbane Showgrounds across Saturday, May 8–Sunday, May 9, 2021 — returning for its second time after proving quite the drawcard in its first 2019 outing.

If adding more plant-based options to your diet gets your tastebuds salivating, then you'll be in the right spot. If you're keen to only purchase cruelty-free wares, you will be too. Last year's lineup included coconut soft serve from I Should Coco, vegan doughnuts from OMG Decadent Donuts, plus meat-less burgers from Grassfed — and that's just a few of the event's exhibitors. From vegan brownies to vegan French pastries, the list goes on, spanning organic teas, vegan leather, clothing, skincare, healthcare and household goods as well.

In addition to food, other goodies to purchase and a range of cooking demonstrations, Brisbane Vegan Expo will also feature an array of guest speakers — and showcase vegan charities.
