Overview

Fradis Minoris is a Green Michelin Star restaurant where chef Francesco Stara hones in on his love for circular cuisine. Green Stars are awarded to restaurants at the forefront of the industry in relation to their sustainability practices.

At Fradis Minoris, fresh fish and vegetables are sourced locally from Nora Lagoon and carefully selected producers in the nearby village of Campidano. The chefs use every bit of the fish in their dishes, resulting in zero waste and wild herbs to give a true local flavour to their gastronomic creations.

With two menus (one seafood and one vegetarian), the restaurant encapsulates the best Sardinian culinary traditions while incorporating modern techniques. Creating a unique dining experience that also protects the environment where it sits.

The restaurant is open for lunch Thursday through Sunday and dinner Tuesday through Sunday. You can make a reservation on the website.
