Hidden away on O'Brien Street, this long-serving Bondi cocktail bar is where to go if you want to hob-nob with the locals. In wintertime, there's no cosier place in Bondi than The Crossing's carpet-laden, couch-filled back room. Especially if you're armed with a signature beverage in the form of a White Chocolate Mochatini (18 Patron Coffee XO, Ketel One vodka, white chocolate liqueur, vanilla syrup).

Meanwhile, in summer, secure yourself a spot in the mahogany-floored front bar or spill outside to the pavement seating, doing what Bondi does so well — checking out who's checking out who's checking out you. To find your way through that complex matrix, you'll definitely need a Pornstar Martini (Kettle One Vodka, vanilla and fresh passion fruit, prosecco shot). Yes, yes you do.

There's a tempting bar menu, too. Think fresh cut chips with truffle aioli and chives, buttermilk fried chicken with sticky honey soy sauce and shallots, and porcini arancini with carnaroli rice and forest mushrooms.
