Located on the ground floor of the Four Seasons Hotel, Mode Kitchen & Bar has been a success since it opened in July. It's easy to believe. With a menu created and executed by Francesco Mannelli (ex-est., Balla and Bistrode CBD), the restaurant achieves a delicate balance between casual, bistro and fine dining.
