Although Koganeyu was founded in 1932, this historic sento (Japanese public bath) isn't stuck in the past. Renovated with modern sensibilities in mind, the sleek venue offers Japanese craft beer on tap and has a DJ booth for special after-dark events.

Unlike many Japanese bathhouses, Koganeyu is also tattoo-friendly, ensuring inked-up visitors can delve into its steamy baths, saunas and openair cold plunge pool.
