Overview

Since the release of their album Perfect Body last year, psych-punk band Mermaidens have been celebrated as one of the Capital's most distinctive and hardworking acts. The album saw the trio perform a string of sold out shows across the country and receive a nomination for the prestigious Taite Music Prize.

Joining for this one-off show is Sydney based four-piece Mere Women. Their blend of post-punk and atmospheric noise makes for a captivating and cathartic live show, which has lead to support slots for bands such as Protomartyr, Against Me and Screaming Females.

This double banger will also mark the debut performance of Wellington acid rock three-piece Linen, fronted by Emerald Rose of Draghound. Additional support comes from Stasher.
