Full Moon Bike Rave

Overview

Bicycle Junction isn't your typical bike shop. Case in point: they've organised a Full Moon Bike Rave, the only event in town where you can rave on two wheels.

Dress your bike up (criteria: "strangeness is supported, weirdness is welcome!") and meet at the top of Mt. Vic at 7pm. Roll down into town, raving all the way. It's a sweet way to use all your old Christmas lights and join likeminded cycle mates for a bit of fun. Last year 130 cyclists gathered to celebrate the beauty and freedom of the bike and to reclaim the streets of Wellington.

The event is family-friendly as always, and it's not a race or anything. Just a long-standing tradition from Bicycle Junction, under the light of the full moon.
