Overview

This Thursday, Tuatara Open Late is back again to offer a cultural feast for your midweek. Just like always, City Gallery will be filled to the brim with art, talks, music and craft beer. This week the focus is on all things Kiwi, set upon the background of the This Is New Zealand exhibition.

Amongst the evening's educational talks will be a short film viewing, a gallery tour, and a performance on the stunning Parekōwhai piano. For the art aficionados, there will also be a panel discussion on New Zealand's role in one of the largest international art exhibitions, the Venice Biennale.

However, as you feast your ears, eyes and mind, your appetite won't be far behind. Thankfully, the Food for the People truck will be living up to its name with plenty of burgers and bites. The cash bar will also have your back with a flow of craft brews and wine. Frankly, there will be something for everyone, making for a perfect way to wind down after work.
