Uber changed the way we think about getting from point a to point b. Gone are the days of finding a taxi rank and waiting in line, or calling one from your mobile and hoping like hell they'll spot you on Cuba Street, waving madly while you hold your skirt down in a sideways rain southerly storm.

Now Uber is set to change the way you think about feeding yourself. Snowed under at work? Experiencing the above described weather event? Just generally having a CBFed kind of day? Uber your dinner, Uber your lunch, you could even Uber your breakfast (deliveries start at 8am).

UberEats is launching in Wellington with some seriously good eats from some of our old favs (Chow, House of Dumplings) and some exciting new newcomers (Oikos, The Old Quarter). Uber over some of your old mate blue cheese wontons from Chow; a Yodi bagel with extra cheese from Best Ugly; a slice of raw, gluten-free, sugar-free vegan cheesecake from Seize; a double serving of sesame-seed crusted feta and slow-cooked lamb from Oikos Hellenic Cuisine or make like Marie Antoinette and order some French patisserie from Louis Sergeant Sweet Couture.

The Wellington operation is available in the central suburbs, from Miramar to Island Bay, Karori to Khandallah, and everywhere in between.

To help get you in the mood, UberEats are offering free delivery on your first four orders until 6 October, 2017 (use the promo code 'WELLYEATS').
