The bar is connected to the oyster farm, so you'll be getting some seriously fresh molluscs. Knock back a glass of sparkling outside and prepare for the best oysters of your life. If you're feeling brave, try a bloody mary oyster shooter, otherwise stick to a dozen of whatever takes your fancy.
