At Zierholz, the northern and southern hemispheres combine in every glass as German brewing techniques get a unique Canberran twist. Begin your tasting journey in the cosy, European-style beer hall with the Schankbier, a traditional draught that's golden in colour, low in alcohol and easy to drink. If that warms you up for something bigger, try the Hopmeister, an English pale ale that contains premium malts from Munich and hops from New Zealand. And, for 'dessert', go for the Porter, a smooth drop that's chocolatey, caramelly and biscuity — all in one.
