The Partnerships Manager's role is to find great partners to work with us at Concrete Playground. Partners who we can help, by connecting them to our culture-hungry audience in a way that adds value for both the audience and the partner.

And partners who can help us, working with us on things that will help grow the Concrete Playground brand and contribute towards making meaningful content for our audience.

Desired outcomes

  • Meet and exceed revenue targets that the business sets for you, servicing a patch of media agencies and direct clients.
  • Build long-term relationships with trusted partners. Partners who want to work with us, and trust us to create bigger and braver work that will make a difference.
  • Help to find commercial partners to make some of our big ideas and key initiatives happen.
  • Play a role in helping us diversify our revenue streams, through finding new partners or contributing to developing great new ideas and helping make them happen.

Competencies

  • Technical competencies: highly literate with tech platforms (Google Suite, Sales CRM systems), and a seasoned expert in business development.
  • Cultural competencies: You're a natural communicator and collaborator. You're passionate about what you do. You own it: accountability is important to you. You're humble and selfless. You're creative: you love the excitement of and the business of ideas.
  • And most importantly - you're passionate about the things that we are passionate about: cultural events, food and drink, travel, art and design.

  • Meet and exceed revenue targets that the business sets for you and your team.
  • Build long-term relationships with trusted partners.
  • Develop new ideas for brave work that will make a difference and find commercial partners to make these happen.
  • Help diversify our revenue streams as a business.
