This neighbourhood joint has locals queuing for a taste of Hart's signature handcrafted goodness. 

The menu strikes a good balance between traditional Scandi comforts and seasonal creative twists – think a Fastelavnsboller with tangy yuzu curd in a ginger crumb shell, topped with salted whipped cream and candied kumquats. Plus, the city's most popular sourdough loaf.
