Overview

This charming bakery usually sees a line of locals and visitors waiting for a freshly baked cardamom roll (amongst many other delicious baked treats). Opened by ex-Noma pastry chef, Emil Glaser, Juno is dedicated to showcasing the best of Nordic baking. 

We promise it's worth waiting in line. Expect to be greeted by the warm aroma of freshly baked pastries – from buns, croissants and comté seeded rolls, to crusty loaves and hearty rye. Juno is all about the best baking techniques and ingredients. And with its minimalist setting, the pastries in the window rightly take the spotlight. Enjoy your warm treats with a cup of freshly-brewed coffee on the benches outside, the perfect way to soak in the charming Århusgade ambiance.
