Overview
Chef Nicolai Nørregaard has brought his signature, Bornholm-born cuisine right to the heart of Copenhagen. Kadeau started on the Baltic island with an on-site farm, a neo-Nordic project that celebrates Danish produce in all its glory. Now you can taste those Baltic flavours in Christianshavn with a Michelin-starred, multi-course dining experience. Ingredients hail from forests, fields and the Bornholm coastline, and are plated using a combination of traditional preserving techniques and innovative methods.
Interiors are appropriately beautiful, sleek and moody, in true Scandi style. Nørregaard's team crafts their dishes in an open kitchen, lending an intimate experience for the intrigued.
