Overview
POPL first started life as a pop-up created by Noma chefs in 2020. But it has since grown roots and gone on to become a neighbourhood Christianshavn institution. You can trust the expert team to provide a menu of simple, yet delicious, burgers and sides – with cocktails and plenty of local beer and wine to wash it all down. POPL has all the classics down, with top-notch cheeseburgers and fish sandwiches. But fast food also gets the Noma treatment, like the side of new Danish potatoes with green strawberries and mussel broth.
Ingredients are sustainably and locally sourced. And their vegan and vegetarian options are handmade in the iconic Noma fermentation lab. The architecturally designed space is light and open, with natural wood features and splashes of colour. It's the perfect place to enjoy your juicy burger in classic Scandi-style.
