Overview

It's time to get in Cahoots! This 1940s-themed speakeasy in the Soho entertainment district is the home of "high spirits, scoundrels and swing". Set in a disused Underground station, the menu is inspired by illicit, black market liquors of yesteryear. They have scandalous tipples and wild concoctions, like the 'Enemy of the State' (wasabi-infused Enemigo 89 Añejo Cristalino tequila, watermelon cordial and agave), house ferments and fat-washes, or riffs named for stars of the age: Judy Garland, Abbott and Costello, Vera Lynn. Not to mention their own 'Cahooch' blend of spirits and liqueurs, and even a sharing cocktail served in a station clock. With late-night live music for your boozing, a "Black Market Knees-Up" on Saturday afternoons and snacks (or "rations") to keep you going, this is where the party kicks off, retro-style.
