Overview

Everywhere you turn in Valletta, you're greeted with breathtaking views. None are as breathtaking as the Grand Harbour — except maybe for the views from the harbour itself. This Michelin-starred eatery promises a uniquely historic dining experience.

The carefully converted warehouse was originally built in 1712 as an ice house by the 64th Grand Master of the Order of Malta. Downstairs, diners can enjoy their seasonal Mediterranean dishes infused with French influences while taking in the decor, which consists of a recycled deck of an American ship. Alternatively, they can head up to the sunkissed terrace and sip on a glass of wine or two as they take in the stunning views of the Grand Harbour.
