Overview

Monaco's luxury seems the perfect fit for decadent oysters. However, until a few years ago, a locally caught oyster didn't exist. Then, two marine biologists decided to raise their own oysters; the Perles de Monte-Carlo was born.

Set at the distant tip of Port Fontvieille, this thriving oyster bar offers a casual atmosphere and reasonable prices considering the menu. Alongside the headline creation, sample fruits de mer like shrimp, lobster and sea urchins with a glass of organic wine.
