Overview

The Watermill Lodge Restaurant offers a refined menu on the tranquil edge of Upper Lough Erne. Inspired by French culinary traditions, chef Pascal Brissaud has coined "Fr-Irish" cuisine, with each dish elevated through immaculate technique. The venue itself also reflects this "Fr-Irish" sensibility with beautiful gardens and a historic thatched roof. Guests can also stay for a night or two in the cosy on-site cottages and seven lavish rooms and wake up to a full Irish breakfast to enjoy while looking out to Lough Erne.
