Overview

About as close to a hole in the wall as you can get, the entrance to Le Sydnicat is easy to miss. Covered in torn-up gig posters and graffiti, a gold metallic curtain guides the way, setting the scene for a celebration of French cocktail making.

Despite its grungy exterior, it's warm and cosy inside, with subdued lighting and friendly staff guiding your drink choice. Upholding the best of French spirits, expect potent cocktails featuring Armagnac, Cognac, Calvados and Chartreuse.
