Overview

It seems like top-notch ramen exists on every corner in Tokyo, but some spots are considered better than most. One of those is Nakiryu which, in 2017, became the second Tokyo ramen shop to receive a coveted Michelin star.

Serving staple ramen options like shoyu and shio, Nakiryu is most famous for its tantanmen, a spicy Chinese-inspired noodle dish. There are no reservations and just a handful of seats inside so expect to wait if you arrive late.
