Overview
teamLab PLANETS is one of Tokyo's most immersive experiences with visitors becoming part of the art themselves.
It was first launched in 2018 by an interdisciplinary collective of artists, programmers, engineers, mathematicians and architects, and is set to get a huge expansion in January 2025.
This is a highly tactile experience. PLANETS is best known for its water rooms which guests are invited to walk barefoot through as reality-defying artworks are projected onto the surface.
