Overview

There are plenty of brilliant openair cinema options in Auckland but none quite offer a culinary experience to match. For its third consecutive year, Cinema Peroni will play out underneath the stars in Britomart's Tatukai Square, serving up an experience for all the senses.

The al fresco event will take place over three nights this February, centred around a screening of 2016 Italian drama-comedy La Pazza Gioia (Like Crazy). Directed by Paolo Virzì, the film tells the story of a tattooed introvert and billionaire countess who develop an unlikely friendship while being treated in a mental institution.

Across the night, guests will be treated to a three-course dinner from Amano— a restaurant with quite possibly the freshest pasta experience in New Zealand. There will also be ample Peroni, of course.

Cinema Peroni takes place in Tatukai Square from February 15 - 17, 2017. Tickets will be available via the Peroni NZ Facebook page.
