Just when you thought she gone and done it all, and then again, Lorde comes out with a nomination for the Golden Globe Awards.

The New Zealand mega-pop star has picked up a nomination for Best Original Song in Motion Picture for 'Yellow Flicker Beat', the lead single from soundtrack she curated for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part I. The song was written by herself as well as regular co-writer Joel Little, with production from Paul Epworth.

For the award she is up against Lana Del Ray, John Legend and Common, Patti Smith and Lenny Kaye as well as Australian pop artist Sia.

The Golden Globe's recognise excellence in film and television. The 2015 ceremony will be held on January 11.
