Prepare yourself, folks — this year, New Zealand's launching into summer with the help of a huge new music festival. The brainchild of industry big guns Onelove (Stereosonic), Live Nation (Splendour in the Grass, Falls Festival) and Hardware (Piknic Electronik, Babylon), Festival X will shoot onto the scene on Thursday, November 28.

The large-scale music party is pulling no punches when it comes to its debut lineup, headlined by international heavyweights including award-winning Scottish DJ Calvin Harris, Chicago-born emcee Juice WRLD and Florida rapper Lil Pump. Hitting the outer fields of Western Springs Stadium, it's set to deliver a world-class serve of hip hop, pop and electronica.

Also on the all-star bill are the likes of French producer Tchami, Australian DJ Anna Lunoe and our very own Katayanagi Twins, who will be flying the flag for the local scene.
