A fifteen minute documentary retelling the ten-year journey of New Year’s Music Festival Rhythm and Vines is now available to watch online.

Behind the Vines - Ten Years of R&V was created under the direction of festival founder Hamish Pinkham, videographers Ben Carter and Dan Maas and through archival footage harks back to the festival’s inception as an idea in an Otago flat through to the 30,000-strong internationally recognised festival it is today.  Along the way it reveals insights and experiences of the colourful personalities and highlights the positive impact the festival has had on the local Gisborne community.
