Carli Eger
Carli has spent a large part of her recent life cooking and eating her way around the world. She makes a mean scotch egg, and counts Barcelona amongst her favourite places in the whole wide world, mainly because of their flippant disregard for safety when it comes to fireworks and parades. Recently, she has started developing her own recipes for The Enthusiastic Cook and is publishing articles focused on the love of everything food. You will typically find her in a half food coma on Ponsonby Road, or in the kitchen with batter up to her elbows.
